When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed, packed and ready for shipping within 1-2 business days of ordering from our Singapore office, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.

Please note to allow an additional 5-7 business days for order processing during sale periods. If you need to receive your order asap, please opt for an expedited shipping option at checkout. (Additional shipping costs are non-refundable) 

 

Order Verification

All orders may be subjected to order verification. For the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order placed was intended and authorized by the cardholder. Should your order be on hold, we will reach out immediately to verify as well as to ensure minimal delays.

 

Do you have an option for Gift Wrap or Gift Cards/Messages?

Yes we do! We are also working on expanding the options for Gift Wraps and Gift Cards as well.

 

How should I choose the best size for me?

We know how tricky it can be to find your perfect fit and we are here to help! We have a size guide that serves as a general guideline to help you find your size at Aphy Active.

We have a wide range of silhouettes and product categories so each style will have different exact measurements listed in the product description.

You can always email us at hello@aphyactive.com with any questions. Please include your bust, waist and hip measurements so we are able to help you find your perfect size as efficiently as possible! 

 

 

Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes and/or cancellations. We always want to make sure your order's delivered to you as quickly as possible, so it's sent for processing as soon as we confirm it.

 

I wrote the wrong address, can I change it?

To request a change in address, please contact us at hello@aphyactive.com as soon as possible and be sure to include your order number, address and contact in this request. We’ll do the best we can to help you amend the address before it ships, however do note that our orders processes fast, and once your order ships we are unable to change your shipping address at that time. 

 

What if I receive a damaged item?

Oh no! We're incredibly sorry you received an incorrect/defective item! :(
